Catamount Ski Resort Tubing Park - Ticket Sales in South Egremont, Massachusetts
Join our Tubing Park Team - position starts when park opens Essential Duties/Responsibilities - Explain prices and promotions. - Some knowledge of Mountain required to assist guests with inquiries. - Sell Tubing tickets at Tubing Park. - Must be able to work quickly and accurately. - Maintain a friendly, team spirit with a focus on guest service. - Do other work activities based on what is needed by your manager. Qualifications & Experience - Must be able to work flexible hours/days of the week including weekends and holidays. - Must be able to communicate well and follow instructions. - Be cheerful, patient, alert, and courteous at all times with people of all ages. - Basic computer and keyboard experience required. - Must be able to work as part of a team. - Must be well groomed, self disciplined, and willing to comply with uniform guidelines. - Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. - Ability to count out change. Physical Demands Employee occasionally shift can include: day, evening and holiday hours and is regularly required to: - Walk may walk outside in snow-covered footpaths - Reach, handle, grasp and finger keyboard/cash machine. - Repetitive keyboard motion. - May require sitting for an extended period of time.
