Position: Social Worker

Description: Licensed Social Worker in Hospice Home Health setting

Location: Woburn, MA

Facility Type: Home Health

Start: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks

Hours: 40 hours

Shifts:

• 8a-4:30p

• Monday-Friday

  Requirements:

• LCSW or LCSW

• 2+ years of hospice experience
