Job Title: Welder Foreman

Job Description

As the Welder Foreman, you will lead a team of welders both at our headquarters and onsite at various client manufacturing facilities. Your primary responsibilities include planning and executing projects effectively. You will oversee the breakdown, transport, and installation of equipment in new facilities, ensuring each transition is handled efficiently and safely.

Hard Skills

  • Leadership of a team (4+ people for 3+ years)

  • Metal/Fabrication/Welding Experience (3+ years)

  • Understanding of Rigging and Material Handling

Soft Skills

  • Strong planning and execution skills

  • Effective team management

  • Commitment to safety and efficiency

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Southbridge, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

You will manage a team of 4-7 people. While others handle billing and material ordering, you will focus on ensuring proper tooling, safety, and daily team setup.
