Seeking a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving Associate

Hard Skills

• 3+ years Shipping/Receiving experience

• Experience with international and domestic shipping

• Proficiency with UPS and FedEx shipping software, familiarity with DHL, Worldship, Ryder

• Ability to operate a standard sit-down forklift

Soft Skills

• Accountability and self-accountability

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Effective communication skills

• Attention to quality and precision

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Southwick, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

The work culture emphasizes quality and accountability. The team is collaborative, and new processes are developed collectively. The environment is team-oriented with high standards and no tolerance for yelling or screaming. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
