As an Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with managing accounting software systems, overseeing financial processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Responsibilities: Oversee the use of accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial reporting Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all journal entries are accurately recorded Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Utilize Blackbaud software for various accounting tasks Handle inquiries regarding ADP financial services and provide necessary assistance Monitor and manage the use of Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and data analysis Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures Requirements Proven expertise in executing Month End Close procedures Demonstrable experience in preparing and reviewing Journal Entries Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Hands-on experience with Blackbaud accounting software Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas . .
