Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Administrative Assistant in the Substance Use Recovery programs at Behavioral Health Network! Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Substance Use Recovery programs with the following: Managing administrative tasks to support the program leadership team to adhere to contractual and regulatory requirements. Tracking administrative tasks relating to licensing regulations and applications, credentialing, training, scheduling, and compliance. Overseeing compliance with all record-keeping requirements as determined by Federal and State Laws and funding sources. Assisting with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, answering telephones, creating of reports, data entry, and special projects, as needed. Collaborating with program management, employees, and other BHN departments to complete the administrative needs of the programs. Coordinating meetings and interviews for program management. Attending meetings and provides relevant updates. Developing a working knowledge of SUD program regulations and BHN policies. Practicing and maintaining positive professional relationships with BHN employees, potential employees, and other organizations and agencies. Who are we? BHN\'s Substance Use Recovery programs include designated substance use disorder treatment centers, clinic- and outreach-based medication assisted treatment programs, and peer recovery supports. This scope of services helps adults working to overcome drug and alcohol addiction and provide additional supports within the community for various needs, including co-occurring mental and behavioral health needs. High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Associate\'s Degree (preferred). Two years of experience in human services (preferred). Flexibility and cooperative attitude. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to maintain attention to detail in completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
