Center for Human Development Assistant Manager-Adult Mental Health in Springfield, Massachusetts

Assistant Manager Job Category: Professional Requisition Number: ASSIS005566 Full-Time On-site Adult Mental Health - Springfield Springfield, MA 01109, USA Job Details The Program Manager provides supervision and direction within a multidisciplinary outreach team working in Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) for Persons in need of psychiatric services living independently in the community. This involves ensuring active engagement with persons served, assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building and symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support. The Assistant Program Manager will directly supervise an outreach team that includes a Program Supervisor, a Housing Specialist, and direct care staff to assist the Program Manager and licensed clinicians deliver person centered treatment. Requirements -Must have a Masters degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution. -Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) - includes LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, Licensed Rehab Counselors, Physicians, Registered Nurses, Registered Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists. -Minimum of 2 years experience working with Persons in need of psychiatric services. -Supervisory experience or a leadership position within a mental health or related field is preferred.
