Clinical Supervisor/Intake Manager, LICSW Status: Full-Time, Exempt Reports to: Director of Behavioral Health Location: Springfield, MA (Hybrid) Salary Range: \$60,000 ? \$70,000 About Us: Join our leading behavioral health organization dedicated to innovative, client centered mental health services for adults, youth, and families from diverse and underserved communities. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES FOR CLINICAL SUPERVISORS: Provides direct, individual clinical supervision for licensed and unlicensed clinical staff Monitors caseloads and ensure that supervisees comply with all agency and clinical, legal and ethical practices. Review and co-sign supervisees? progress notes, clinical forms and correspondences when Provides ongoing, regular feedback and evaluation to clinicians on the quality and timeliness of their clinical work as well as their caseload. Also solicits feedback from clinicians regarding supervision and whether needs are being met. Communicates any concerns about quality of clinician?s work to Clinical Director in a timely Ensures that clinicians comply with all legal and ethical Facilitates group supervision or case-conferences as Participates in JFS meetings, administrative program meetings and trainings as Contributes to 90 day and annual performance evaluations of Adheres to requirements for supervisors as stipulated by J FS policies and procedures, and Board of Registration regulations for the supervisor?s and supervisee?s discipline (social work} Identifies training needs and makes recommendations to the Program Provides support and training where needed to assist clinicians in meeting JFS requirements, charting, caseload, record keeping and documentation standards, and all other quality assurance tasks. Helps clinicians identify professional development goals for the year, and collaboratively monitors progress toward those goals Other duties or projects assigned Essential Job Duties for Clinicians: Conduct clinical assessments in JFS office, client?s home, or other appropriate community As part of the initial assessment, complete the CANS for youth 18 and under. Update the CANS every 3 months. As part of the initial assessment for adults, complete the Update the BSI every 6 months. Ability to successfully engage and clinically work with a broad range of clients with varied Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed individual, group and family treatment Write comprehensive treatment plans with clear and achievable goals. Review and update the treatment plan every 6 months. Complete and maintain timely and accurate client and administrative records according to JFS policies and procedures. Perform all responsibilities and duties within the framework of the Agency?s mission, policy and professional ethics.
