Corporate Counsel Job Type - Permanent Description This job\'s time zone is Eastern. Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Corporate Counsel with Contracts, corporate and real estate experience in the Springfield, MA area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and will mainly focus on contract, business, corporate and real estate law. Job Responsibilities: Review, negotiate, and interpret documents and contracts with business vendors and partners Advise and counsel management on a variety of regulatory, employment and privacy issues Collaborate with various business teams to improve forms and processes Train and educate employees on regulatory and process matters Represent our legal team in company committees and groups to ensure compliance and minimize risk Manage relationships with outside counsel Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Membership in a state bar, preferably Massachusetts or Connecticut At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm or as in-house counsel
