POSITION SUMMARY

This is a key role in the annuity back-office; components of this role will include the assessment of trend reports and data inputs to aid in the oversight and management of the annuity business. This role plays a critical role in the definition of and development of additional reports that may be necessary to improve the annuity experience (improve cycle time, decrease NIGO rates, improve quality output). This role will work closely with the operations director, relationship managers and vendor partner in addition to key internal business partners (e.g. reporting/analytics).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This role will service as a central point of contact for the MM back-office for the annuity business.

  • Interactions with internal matrix partners and external parties (advisors, advisor staff, vendor partners) will occur daily.

  • Accountabilities span all facets of the annuity business back office service model including but not limited to: case level triage/escalation, new business relationship management, agency trending and analysis, inventory oversight & control report oversight/management.

  • Quality Assurance will also report into the back office function. A playbook for this model will continue to evolve and grow as we mature and expand upon the function. It is expected that this role will bring consistency, and transparency to our annuity experience with improvements in IGO rate

This is a key role in the leadership and oversight of the annuity back-office function components of this role will include the strategic assessment, planning, implementation and oversight of key business processes required in support of our Career Agency System in both new business and inforce administration of the annuity business. This role plays a critical role in the definition of and development of an Operations and IT future state model to ensure the back-office team is adequately positioned for anticipated sales growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of related experience

  • Excel and Tableau experience required

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree preferred
