Aegis Therapies Director of Rehabilitation - PT in Springfield, Massachusetts

  • Position: Director of Rehab/DOR - PT

  • Hours: full time, exempt

  • Setting: working in outpatient therapy in Assisted and Independent Living Communities

  • Location: Springfield MA

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology program

  • Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice

  • Minimum five (5) year experience as treating therapist in outpatient or home health environment

  • Minimum three (3) years multi-site therapy management experience

  • Experience in sales and marketing

  • Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months

  • Valid driver’s license in the state of practice

  • Ability to travel as needed to manage multiple locations and for sales and marketing Occasionally with overnight stays
