Join our team of dedicated human services professionals as an In-Home Therapy Clinician in our In-Home Therapy Program in Ware, MA! NOW Offering a \$3,000 Sign on Bonus In-Home Therapy is a strength-based therapeutic approach which focuses on treating the youth?s behavioral health challenges to enable to them and their families to achieve stability and success in the community. In-Home Therapy Clinicians provide family therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention and management using a trauma informed model of care, which is provided in their natural environment. Flexible scheduling Additional training opportunities Work as part of a team What are we looking for in an In-Home Therapy Clinician Qualifications/Requirements Master\'s degree in a mental health field minimum (required). Have independent licensure or are license-eligible and actively working towards licensure (required). CANS-MA certified (required). If you are not currently certified, we will support you in obtaining your CANS Certification Familiarity with DSM V Have broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment techniques including family therapy (required). Experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required). Working knowledge of community resources.
