Mass Mutual Financial Advisors (MMFA) is the career distribution channel of Mass Mutual. Our national sales team is focused on supporting our over 8000 financial professionals in helping their clients reach their long term financial goals. We support the sale of individual life, disability and annuity products through a national network of internal and external wholesalers who provide deep, on demand product expertise, best practices and sales ideas to our firms and their advisors.
Why we need you:
We are looking for a dynamic internal sales leader who can led our internal wholesaling team and partner with our agencies to grow our individual life, disability and annuity business in MMFA. Specifically we are looking for someone who will partner with our external wholesalers, enhance our career path, continue to build upon the skills of our internal team and partner with the head of national sales to further define and execute on our distribution strategy.

Recruit, develop, coach and manage a team of internal wholesalers that partner with external wholesalers in achieving and exceeding territorial sales goals.
Help ensure product sales through the development and coaching of internal wholesaler sales skills, territory management and strategy execution.
Collaborate and partner with national sales team and our product partners to identify opportunities to enhance team’s knowledge of MassMutual’s portfolio and our position in the competitive landscape.
Effectively partner with MassMutual’s product, underwriting and service teams.
Manage staff in the development and implementation of departmental budget, policies, procedures, and programs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
10+ years life, disability or annuity sales or leadership experience
FINRA (6, 26 and 63) and life, health and annuity insurance licenses
Ability to manage teams remotely
