**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days) **Position: Life Skills Support Professional 1 – Full Time
Location: Springfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $17.25 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
Summary:
- Provide support and training to work with members in accordance with ISP goals and objectives. Work directly with and alongside adults with profound physical disabilities and developmental delays on social and communication skills, activities of daily living, and building esteem.
Qualifications:
High School/GED
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle.
