Description We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team located in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role mainly revolves around property management, and entails handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process tenant applications and rent collections

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding property management

• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for the property management office

• Utilize Yardi property management software for data entry and record keeping

• Ensure smooth operation of the office in the absence of the property manager

• Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication and administrative tasks

• Manage customer credit records diligently

• Monitor customer accounts and execute necessary actions

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Collaborate with accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for effective financial management. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Mastery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Familiarity with various Management Systems

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Expertise in overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in executing Billing Functions

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Experience with Yardi property management software TalentMatch®
