This Recovery Health Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position has the possibility of working with multiple populations from LGBTQ+ individuals who are in early recovery, our participants in our housing outreach program, and those that are a part of our Adult Community Care Services programs. The Recovery Health Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates those functions and activities that provide for, maintain, and promote the health of participants in need of Residential Rehabilitation Services. The Recovery Health Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse works within the model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers. The Recovery Health Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)) Benefits PTO/Sick time 403B with a 3% match 1st time home buyers grant Health/Dental/Vision Dependent Care Accounts To see a full list of our benefits visit www.mhainc.org/benefits The Recovery Health Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities Knowledge related to stages of treatment of participant population Knowledge of needs specific to population served Knowledge of psychotropic medication Knowledge of medication side effects Knowledge of medical symptoms and treatments Ability to train staff and participants regarding medication and medical topics pertinent to participant population Certification to be MAP instructor or ability to become certified The Recovery Health Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Registered with the Massachusetts Board of Nursing Experience working with psychiatric population preferred Experience working with individuals in recovery Possess current driver\'s license and have car and willingness to use car for work purposes This position will be Monday-Friday 8a-4pm with flexibility
