Contract: 4+ months

Location: Springfield, MA

Duties: Partner with placement firm and internal recruiting to source, screen, establish interviews and manage process for candidates selected for employment. Responsible for continuously building the departments pipeline of human capital. Work closely with placement firms to understand & manage recruiting needs. Oversight of day to day recruiting items with key leaders and recruiting partners. A moderate degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Share and track hiring practice in alignment to staffing goals.

Skills: Strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle a number of items in a given day with strong urgency

• Background in recruiting practices and placement firms

• Administrative background in documenting and sharing progress with Staffing needs

• 3+ years of experience with staffing and recruiting

Education:

Bachelors degree preferred

• High School Diploma Required
