Tile Installer Job Description Tile Installer - Apply tile to walls, floors, ceiling or other surfaces. Examines blueprints, measures and marks surfaces to be covered, and lays out work. Will use trowels of different sizes to spread mortar or concrete evenly on the work surface before placing the tiles. Must have one year of experience in the job offered. Pay Rate: \$30.17/hr.
