POSITION SUMMARY The Kripalu Yoga Teacher is a member of the Kripalu Faculty and supports the organization\'s mission and strategy through the delivery of classes and workshops within the following content areas: Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda, Kripalu Programs, and R&R Retreat Programs. This position requires exceptional teaching and delivery of individual classes and multi-day programs, and the embodiment and representation of Kripalu\'s core values as an ambassador of the organization within and outside of the retreat center. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to mindfulness and breath awareness, and have a passion to educate and inspire others. This role has a significant impact on guest experience and staff culture, therefore requires high moral and ethical standards of conduct, as well as expert guest service skills. SCHEDULE Must be able to work during times of peak guest volume including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
