Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Clerk to join our team in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves handling accounting software systems and managing payroll functions in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Utilize accounting software systems for various tasks.

• Manage customer inquiries related to payroll and accounts.

• Actively use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.

• Operate Ceridian and Dayforce for managing accounting functions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and accounts payable (AP).

• Carry out auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions.

• Oversee benefit functions and ensure they are administered correctly.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce software

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Auditing skills

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
