Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Solutions Delivery Manager in Stockbridge, Massachusetts

This position supports all departments as part of the Kripalu IT Team. The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting internal processes. A primary function of this role will be to support the Datawarehouse Engineer and Hospitality Systems Manager The position requires a comprehensive understanding of Kripalu\'s business model and reaches across multiple functional areas including, but not limited to marketing, operations, programs, finance, and Information technology. The analyst will support the decision-making process optimization and strategic growth efforts of Kripalu. ACCOUNTABILITIES - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide support to the organization in the software life cycle process (Business Systems Committee) - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth integration of data warehouse and hospitality systems - Data Warehouse maintenance and administration - Develop standardized organizational reporting, analysis, dashboards and data visualizations to be reviewed with senior leadership - Help continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers. - Create and maintain ETL procedures and SQL queries to bring data in from data warehouse and alternate data sources - Create ad hoc reports and analysis as requested - Document system configurations, processes, and procedures, maintaining up-to-date and accurate system documentation. - Develop systems requirements and use cases to support identification and onboarding of new Software platforms to support the business - Additional projects, tasks and assignments as directed by supervisor. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent 5 years experience - Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access database knowledge - Minimum 2 years\' experience with T-SQL and SQL - building stored Procedures for automation jobs, and complex SQL queries - Minimum 3 years SQL Server database Administration. - Strong analytical and data gathering skills - Experience with Software design process, focus on database design - Experience with Systems Engineering Principles - Experience with Microsoft services including Azure, Power BI, data warehouse, and business intelligence applications. - Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate communications, objectives, and tasks between internal and external resources. - Experience with, and understanding of Hospitality Systems for example ResortSuite, Agilysys, Infor. - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills for effectively managing relationships with users, vendors, and co-workers. - Eagerness to continuously learn new systems, technology, policies, and procedures. - Good business and financial acumen
