Robert Half Office Assistant in Stoneham, Massachusetts
Description We are looking to appoint an Office Assistant for our office located in Stoneham, Massachusetts. This role mainly involves administrative tasks that support our daily operations. As an Office Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing schedules, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a detail oriented manner.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams, to perform various tasks.
• Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Scanning and properly filing documents to maintain accurate records.
• Utilizing accounting software systems and ADP for financial services-related tasks.
• Updating customer records and CRM regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Performing clerical duties and other tasks as required to support office operations.
• Maintaining a detail oriented office etiquette at all times. Requirements • Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an Office Assistant role or similar.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement.
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads is valuable.
• A strong understanding and ability to use various Computer Programs is necessary.
• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is needed.
• Experience with the About Time software is beneficial.
• Ability to provide answers and solutions in a detail oriented manner is required.
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a business setting is necessary.
• Effective handling of Billing Functions is required.
• Proficiency in Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office 365 is desirable. TalentMatch®
