We’re seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work in the Stoneham office of an organization providing strategic planning services to elder care organizations. What's a typical day of an Administrative Assistant? You'll:

  • Provide administrative support to this small office

  • Provide organization as the team begins to return to the office a few staff members at a time

  • Answer phones, order office supplies, creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets.

This job could be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Are able to prioritize to support multiple people in an office

  • Love being able to jump in and help however needed

Hours : Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm
