Position Description/Minimum Qualifications * Description The position of a consumer relations representative has many layers and components as we are heavily integrated with each function in FI Processing & Support Services and the company as a whole. Working with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, we are the ?face and voice? of the company and as such, are first to hear of problems needing resolution; providers of program related resource information; and liaisons to other departments within the company. Essential Functions Answers consumer inquires Troubleshoots problems needing resolution Provides program related resource information Liaison to other departments within the company Competencies Professional, friendly and understanding of the consumer?s situation Attentive to details Able to work efficiently as a team player Self-motivated Competent with data entry and basic formula understanding and application Able to learn, retain, and apply new information on a frequent basis Punctual and dependable Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
