Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, contributing to various tasks and projects within the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage balance sheets and financial statements.

• Conduct month-end closings and reconciliations.

• Generate financial reports and ensure accuracy.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights.

• Manage inventory and ERP systems, including SAP and Epicor products.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Participate in presentations and communicate findings effectively.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Finance acceptable with accounting experience).

• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Epicor products).

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Broad understanding of accounting principles.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to ask questions and provide thorough explanations using the STAR method.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CPA preferred but not required.

• Master's Degree is a plus.

• Experience in industry accounting.

• Ability to present oneself well and articulate ideas clearly.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite, located in our office in Oklahoma. The finance department consists of over 50 members, with 13 based in Tulsa. The company is experiencing rapid growth, providing ample opportunities for promotion and diverse experience in various accounting tasks. The work schedule is 40+ hours per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
