Order Management Specialist

Randstad Sourceright in partnership with The Bose Corporation is looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and B2C experience to join the Account Services Team in Stow, MA.

The account services team manages all the order to cash process for our resellers and global distributors. It is a fast-paced challenging environment, which requires excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Our goal is to provide our customers and the organizations we support with the highest level of service possible, while maintaining efficiency. A high level of collaboration is expected from our team members as we aid and support to many organizations within Bose Corporation.

Responsible for supply of to external and internal wholesale export accounts.

Manage high volume of daily purchase order processing.

Collaborate with field staff and account managers to resolve several customer issues.

Identify areas of improvement and work with internal and external colleagues to execute them.

Respond to daily emails from customers and colleagues in a timely manner.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM


--Experience with SAP/CRM/ECC systems

--Strong communication skills

--Strong attention to detail

--Knowledge of distribution and sales processes

--Must be able to work well independently and proactively solve problems

--Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

--Experience working with European partners


No Degree Required




-Solid experience with SAP/CRM/MS Office software

Please note that both roles are initially scheduled to be a seasonal 3+ month contract. There is a chance this term could be extended depending on business needs. There are two shifts available; Monday-Friday, 5AM-2 PM or 7AM-4PM.
