Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Sudbury, Massachusetts. As an integral part of our team, you will be instrumental in managing and refining our accounts payable processes. Your role will primarily revolve around data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process invoices and ensure accurate coding

• Carry out account reconciliation tasks to maintain financial accuracy

• Handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable

• Manage check runs to ensure timely payments

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Participate in special projects as required to support the accounts payable functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Strong skills in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Excellent Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
