We are currently looking for CNAs to fulfill 13-week contracts at Bear Mountain of Sudbury.
Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions (BMSS) is looking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants for 13-week contracts for Bear Mountain Healthcare's long term care facility located in Sudbury, MA. BMSS is an internal staffing per diem pool of nurses and CNAs working exclusively with Bear Mountain Healthcare facilities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. This position offers an opportunity to work in a skilled nursing setting and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Take vital signs and record patient information
Provide bedside care and emotional support to patients
Assist in the movement and transportation of patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
Must have at least 6 months experience as a CNA, preferably in an LTC setting
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Proficiency in catheter care and patient service techniques
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
Payrates starting at $21/hr
Shift Differentials:
M-Th 3-11, 11-7 (extra $4/hr)
F/S/S 7-3 ( extra $4/hr)
F/S/S 3-11, 11-7 (extra $8/hr)
