Summary:

CED Greentech Finance Solutions (GFS) is a rapidly growing national program, integrating multiple aspects of finance into our existing distribution business. The goal is to accelerate our customers’ profitability, all while driving value and reducing long-term risk to both the installer and Greentech Renewables. The program is currently supported through a combined effort from both the Finance Solutions Team (into which this role reports) and our 75+ Greentech Renewables locations throughout the United States.

As a member of the GFS Training Team, the Onboarding and Document Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing content and supporting materials for Onboarding installers, Greentech Renewables Profit Centers (PCs), and staff. The contribution of this role should result in increased adoption of all GFS programs by solar installers and Greentech Renewables PCs with a focus on Concert Finance, which will result in a measurable reduction in certain types of inquiries coming into the Support call centers, a material improvement to risk KPIs, and reduced onboarding time.

Reports to: Greentech Finance Solutions Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience in creating training materials

  • General knowledge of adult learning and support c oncepts and strategies

  • Ability to facilitate webinars for up to 200 participants

  • Experience delivering online training for groups up to 30

  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with content design tools (Adobe suite, Camtasia, Articulate)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in solar finance

    ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently on many tasks, balanced with a proven history of diligent collaboration across multiple teams

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify Onboarding Opportunities

    • Assess current program materials , call center data, and support emails to identify content gaps and onboarding opportunities.
  • Onboarding Content Development & Delivery

    • D eliver interactive, branded training content tailored to the unique needs of Concert Finance Solar Installers and PCs that serve them. Create new c ontent that includes, but is not limited to, self-serve materials , and in-person training (remote).
  • Content Management

    • Serve as lead to maintain content on Collaboration Sites (Sharepoint), web sites, and LMS, ensuring that content is accurate and updated.
