Stevens Treatment Programs Clinician in Swansea, Massachusetts

Located in the Historic District of Swansea, Massachusetts for 80 years,Stevens Treatment Programsprovides comprehensive services to adolescents who require the safety and consistency of our residential treatment program. Stevens empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. We support youth to successfully and safely reintegrate into home and community.

Clinicians provide trauma-informed individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management, for youth with emotional and behavioral-health needs receiving congregate care services through Stevens Treatment Programs. We are seeking a committed and passionate Masters-level clinician who is looking for a rewarding professional experience to join our clinical team.

Pay scale:

  • $69,000 to $72,000 annual ($6k less w/o independent license)
  • Fluent bilingual English/Spanish-speaking clinicians receive an additional $2000 annually
  • $1000 sign-on bonus

Full-time, 40-hour work week,

Qualifications:

  • Required: Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university with either an LCSW or LICSW license, or Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with LMHC license, or be able to obtain MA LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC license within first 3 months of employment
  • Required: At least one reference from professional supervisor and two from other professionals who are familiar with the candidates clinical work
  • Must have a desire to work with this population; experience working with adolescents is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification - training provided by Stevens Treatment Programs
