Stevens Treatment Programs Residential Coordinator in Swansea, Massachusetts

Stevens Treatment Programs empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. Located on 24-acres in Swansea, MA, Stevens provides comprehensive services to boys (11-22) who require the structure, safety, and therapeutic environment of our residential treatment or group home program. Youth receive special education, clinical treatment, and daily behavioral support through a trauma-informed lens. All aspects of treatment foster healing, including the development of relationship and life skills, empowerment, and ensuring physical and emotional safety. Stevens is seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is motivated to enhance their leadership capacities and further develop their career in human services. We are seeking a responsible, compassionate and open-minded individual to fulfill the role of Residential Coordinator. The full-time Residential Coordinator is responsible for oversight of day-to-day implementation of the trauma-informed behavioral support program and residence-based systems. The Residential Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care and supervision to the youth we serve by providing leadership and support to residential teams and staff. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential care with adolescents Minimum 1 year of experience with personnel leadership and the provision of supervision Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred, but not required Ability to provide leadership on a day-to-day basis, as well as in a crisis situation Ability to work in a collaborative manner with a variety of disciplines and levels of staff within an organization Reference from immediate supervisor verifying qualifications Payrate: \$27.32- \$28.30 hourly based on qualifications and experience Benefits: Stevens offers a great benefits package including: \$1000 sign-on bonus Tuition reimbursement Medical & Dental Insurance Paid leave and holidays 401(k) plan with employer match Life and disability insurance For more information about this position and others please visit our website at: www.stevensprograms.org
