Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Cash Application Specialist. The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. If you are a Cash Application Specialist, this could be the role for you!

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customer database accounts

• Record daily payments including wires, ACH credit transfers, and checks to customer accounts

• Kick off general ledger reports weekly

• Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables

• Resolve payment issues or other discrepancies Requirements - 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department

• Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Applications

• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

• Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

• Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
