Unique Culture Employee Discount Responsibilities: What we\'ll trust you to do: Interfaces with senior management, cross departments, and internal/external customers, requiring considerable confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Increases bandwidth of the SVP, Human Resources and CFO by anticipating needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities, creating an extra layer of accountability. Organizes, coordinates and executes events, meetings and functions. Coordinates and prepares meeting agendas, organizes and facilitates meetings, records meeting minutes, and follows up on action items as appropriate. Designs and produces complex documents, reports, and presentations. Assists in the planning, scheduling and implementation of projects. Analyzes data as required within a project and drives project forward. Executes general departmental support such as supplies ordering, badge creation, vendor invoicing payments, laptop/printer maintenance, organizational charts, distribution lists, and office moves. Maintains detailed knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures. Assists with other HR/Finance functions as needed and as assigned. Qualifications: 5-7 years of related administrative experience or equivalent education/experience Excellent interpersonal skills, open and friendly demeanor with a welcoming and inclusive approach Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Requires the ability to exercise sound independent judgment, problem solving and advanced reasoning skills Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access and advanced technical knowledge of PC?s Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
