HHA Requirements:
Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License is required
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Travel to clients' homes within stated availability and travel radius
Must have a state-issued valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Must maintain a working smartphone with cellular data access to use the required scheduling system
Current CPR Certification or satisfactory completion at orientation
Ability to conduct oneself with a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrate respect and compassion towards colleagues and clients
All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit for a medical or religious exemption
HHA Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulating, eating, and toileting) and homemaking according to the plan of care.
