Triumph Project Head Start, Inc Human Resource Generalist in Taunton, Massachusetts

To manage and coordinate the hiring, orientation and termination process in collaboration with appropriate manager(s). Process new employee paperwork, including processing of Background Record checks. Oversee employee assigned to the HR Department. Communicate with Board of Directors, Personnel Committee and Policy Council regarding personnel matters. Organize and maintain personnel records and information, ensuring that all records are maintained in full compliance with all applicable state, federal and funding source guidelines and regulations. Minimum of BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to work in a diverse, high energy environment. Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Must have proficient knowledge in MA PFMLA and MA FMLA. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to meet the coverage needs of the Agency. Must be able to travel locally to Triumph locations and other organizations within the community. Must be reliable and have transportation
