PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to internal and external customers and the community in which it serves. 1. Reviews maintenance items from Retail branches and other departments. Provides error reporting to all pertinent departments for resolution and when applicable Quality Control will assist with additional guidance. Works closely with these areas to ensure all approvals, processes and documentation is complete and accurate. This includes account titling, signature cards, consumer report authorizations forms, and all other required legal documents. Validates all documentation has been properly imaged and indexed in Identifi. 2. Assist with preparation of various reports regarding branch and individual performance on new account opening and changes to existing accounts. Distributes these reports to Retail management and tracks all exceptions for corrective action. 3. Reviews reports daily/monthly to ensure various activities are being performed within other areas related to new account opening. Working knowledge of the product offerings for business and consumer to validate documents are in accordance with bank compliance and federal regulations. 4. Prepare materials for the dispute process meetings. Retrieve and distribute reports for departments to review errors. Document minutes and actions from meeting and perform follow up tracking as necessary. 5. Serves as a resource in identifying areas for improvement and performs branch outreach as needed to assist in providing appropriate guidance so as to reduce errors and customer impact. INDEPENDENT ACTION: Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with Executive management when clarification or exception to Bank policy may be required.
