Performance Foodservice Van Driver in Taunton, Massachusetts
40 to 50 hours or until all deliveries are complete Position Summary:We are looking for people that are looking to become a Class A Driver and would bring them in in either role above and would pay for them to go to driving school to get their CDL A license. From there, we would move them into our Driver Trainee program and then into an official Class A Delivery Driver position. A Van Driver is responsible for delivering, unloading, and may collect payment for product sold to customers and other duties as assigned. NON CD Local Delivery Driver Courier Package delivery Position Responsibilities: Delivering, unloading, and may collect payment for product sold to customers. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: One year of related experience. Valid commercial drivers license Class D. Must be customer service oriented with good communications and problem-solving skills Must be able to perform frequent lifting of 50 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds. Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Must be 18 years of age and be able to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle. Position must pass a post offer drug test and background check. Preferred Qualifications: Foodservice distribution experience. Required Experience: 1 Year CDL D
