Job Title: Shop Foreman
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our operations in our metal fabrication shop in Massachusetts.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a metal fabrication environment.
Proficient in the use and maintenance of CNC equipment.
Knowledge in automation systems for metal fabrication.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in welding, CNC operation, or related technical areas are advantageous.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with complex machinery and production processes.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and ERP systems for production management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
