Job Title: Shop Foreman

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our operations in our metal fabrication shop in Massachusetts.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a metal fabrication environment.

• Proficient in the use and maintenance of CNC equipment.

• Knowledge in automation systems for metal fabrication.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Certifications in welding, CNC operation, or related technical areas are advantageous.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with complex machinery and production processes.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and ERP systems for production management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
