Adecco US, Inc. Assembly Technician in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

We're seeking a highly motivated Assembly Technician to join our growing team in Tewksbury. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our success by assembling instrument components, sub-components and top level electro-mechanical assemblies. This role offers competitive compensation ( $23.90/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Description:

  • Assemble products efficiently following daily and weekly production schedules.

  • Build entry-level sub-assemblies and integrate them into complex instruments.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in accurate wiring techniques, including harness terminations and connector applications.

  • Adhere to established work processes, procedures, quality standards, and assembly methods.

  • Utilize various jigs, measuring tools, and dedicated assembly tools for efficient product construction, adjustments, or repairs.

  • Conduct manufacturing tests and document results accurately as required.

  • Participate in maintaining equipment and perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.

  • Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as instructed.

Pay Details: $23.90 per hour
