Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) division is seeking a Manager I Program Cost Schedule & Control to join the Advanced Technology (AT) product line Finance team supporting a diverse portfolio of prototype, demonstration, and science & technology Customer Research and Development (CRAD) programs. This role is responsible for providing on-time data, in depth analysis, accurate financials, and a commitment to quality and timely execution to stakeholders. Execute the program control responsibilities as a key business partner to the program offices and functions to support the Advanced Technology unclassified portfolio of programs, which includes the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) Cross Domain Maritime Surveillance and Targeting (CDMaST) Phase 2 program with a current Contract Value of $30M, which seeks to demonstrate the ability to conduct third-party, cross-domain (i.e. above, on, and under the ocean) targeting to hold enemy ships and submarines at risk over wide, contested areas while showing significantly increased military effectiveness, adaptability, and cost imposition to opponents. Specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Oversee the execution of programmatic and financial organization objectives. Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Lead the effort to complete quarterly Estimate-At-Complete for unclassifed programs. Ensure program costs are collected correctly by maintaining active charge numbers, monitoring actual charges, and processing transfers when appropriate. Monitor funding status providing reliable and timely notification of funding status with line item detail. Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL) for programs with focus on accuracy and on time delivery. Review and approve invoices for submission to customer. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, work to resolve issues in a timely manner. Carefully monitor program revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk to the entire organization. Analyze revenue and profit risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis. Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as requested by management and others. The selected candidate must leverage proactive leadership ability to meet aggressive deadlines as well as multitask across a variety of programs and work with all levels of the organization. The selected candidate will provide leadership and guidance to approximately 3 employees supporting the program controls of the unclassified portfolio of programs. The candidate will develop and sustain effective relationships with the program office, functions, and Advanced Technology leadership team. Required Skills: 6+ years of related finance experience in Program Control, EVMS, Accounting, FP&A, or Pricing Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations to drive program financial execution, EACs, and Earned Value Management. Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Proficient using SAP, PMX, BW Self-starting, motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills Desired Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and reconciliations Detailed understanding of key financial metrics Ability to frame and interpret issues for Management Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. 115620
