Raytheon New Employee Orientation Lead in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

This is a temporary position of undetermined length. Job Description: All planning and logistics associated with New Employee Orientation weekly Leading the weekly pre-orientation meeting with all stakeholders to ensure new employees meet pre-employment requirements and are cleared to start the following week Manage the flow of NEO including timing, presentation needs and logistics Coordinate presenter availability and back up support as needed Ensuring facilities are secured weekly including space, space set up & ordering of food Track employee attendance Facilitate some aspects of NEO such as the welcome and introduction, networking activities, Tewksbury tour, and provide instructions for employees during the oneRTN scavenger hunt and required learning portions Recommend improvements based on lessons learned Perform general administrative functions such as preparing welcome letters and NEO packets and other duties as assigned Show enthusiasm and effective customer service to ensure each employee has a great NEO experience Provide event planning support for Staffing and other related initiatives including internship program support as schedule allows Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field with 2 years of HR experience, Associate’s with 6 years of HR experience or High School diploma with 10 years of experience Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Demonstrate professionalism and a high level of confidentiality and integrity Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and maintain positive relationships internally and externally Good organization skills and ability to work independently Customer Service focused, with demonstrated enthusiasm in serving customers; passionate about fostering a positive workplace.
