Kelly Services Panel Builder in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

Kelly is recruiting a Panel Builder in Tewksbury, MA to work for a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions.

This is a temp-to-hire.

2 nd shift 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

The pay rate is $22.00.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.

  • Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in a programmed sequence

  • Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination

  • Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products, as well as complex custom products

  • Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g., color code, NEC and UL codes/standards

  • Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.

  • Enter work hours in the ERP system (Currently SAP)

  • Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.

  • Maintains equipment and area in an orderly and safe condition.

Position Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point drawings.

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools
