Covenant Health Receptionist - Part Time in Tewksbury, Massachusetts
Job Summary
Covenant Health is seeking a part-time Receptionist for its corporate home office located in Tewksbury, MA!
The Receptionist is a member of a professional team, providing support to fulfill the administrative functions. This is a visible role, and one that requires the incumbent to be well versed in office management responsibilities.
This is an onsite, part-time position, 20 hours per week, flexible between the hours of 8:00am to 2:00pm daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and handling appropriately and greeting and welcoming onsite visitors
Maintaining the stock supply area and ordering supplies as needed
Manage the mail activity, including opening and distributing mail, sending mail, and using mail delivery services, i.e., FedEx
Responsible for coding invoicing to the correct cost center for payment allocation
Submit building requests, place catering and flower orders as needed
Serve as a team member by supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO and administrative assistants
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a Receptionist/Administrative role
Demonstrates a professional and confident demeanor and a positive attitude
Teamwork approach to completing work
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize to complete projects in a timely manner
Interpersonal skills with a customer service approach and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems
