Location/Division Specific Information
Location: Tewksbury, MA
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
How will you make an impact?
You will provide customer support for industrial and first responder identification of hazardous materials, controlled substances, rare metals, and chemicals. You will work with Regional Sales Managers, Manufacturing and Direct Sales Reps to develop a strong working relationship with all department both internally and externally.
What will you do?
Primary responsibility is to respond to all inquiries from Customers and Sales and be the point of contact for all issues related to order fulfillment.
Ensuring customer happiness through outbound communication and systematic customer reviews.
Lead the customer first attitude with exemplary customer understanding, communication and responses.
Act as the customer advocate for issues relating to service, sales, product quality, finance and other departments.
How will you get here?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent(GED)
- 2+ years experience in a customer service/support role
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must have good telephone etiquette
Excellent written communication skills
Proficiency in utilizing online database systems
Independent, positive attitude and role model behavior
