TURNERS FALLS Systems Engineer Mayhew is seeking a detail-oriented, effective, and experienced Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The team is responsible for providing various levels of user, application, and networking support. Under supervision, you will provide general support for end user computing. You will install, configure, and maintain our information technology systems. You will take pride in your work, provide creative innovation within the organization, and ensure that system hardware, operating systems, and software systems remain fully operational. While remote work may occasionally be possible, this is a hands-on position requiring on-site presence. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Work with our personnel in various departments to resolve any technical issues, including but not limited to support of all relevant business software, network and office hardware such as computers, phones, copiers, printers and Wi-Fi devices. Serve as primary administrator for the company\'s Office 365 SaaS environment by managing, creating, and removing user accounts and mailboxes as needed, configuring the Office 365 cloud environment, and monitor licensing and statistics. Assist in the administration and maintenance of our virtual and physical server environment. Serve as primary administrator of Mayhew\'s network including switches, routers and firewalls. Required Skills Demonstrated experience with MS 365 SaaS administration and troubleshooting. Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory and Identity Access Management Experience deploying and managing servers within a VMWare environment. In-depth knowledge of networking hardware, wireless hardware and related support tools Strong interpersonal skills while supporting office, warehouse and management staff. Ability to occasionally work nights or weekends, and/or travel to other locations when required. Desired Education/Experience Bachelor\'s Degree in an Information Technology related field preferred Five to seven years of relevant Information Technology experience REQUIRED. MS 365 certification a plus A+ and Network+ Certifications a plus Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility highly desired. Familiarity with Aruba/HP switches highly desired.
