We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time team member for:
(Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR Saturday & Sunday from 8 AM - 4 PM)

Located in Wakefield, MA, we are seeking energetic, friendly, and team-working individuals for our expanding, fast-paced service company.

Phone - Communicating with customers for inbound and outbound call support to assist our customers. The volume of calls is moderate to heavy depending on the season.
Email/Chats - Monitoring the company's email and chat to communicate with customers.
Updating Leads - Updating Trackers with inbound leads that are received by email/chat/phone.
Scheduling - Scheduling and booking service appointments based on the customer's urgency and needs.
Dispatching - Communicating with the On-Call Technicians for emergency calls and dispatching the Technicians to the calls.
Follow Up - Ensuring all follow-up calls/emails are completed by the end of your shift, and any ongoing issues are communicated to the next shift.
