How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Executive to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will orchestrate delivery of our products and services to our clients. Moving from product-centric teams to functional service teams adds complexity and requires greater attention to the way you will engage clients. You will drive client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. You will help lead orchestration and integration of Epsilon teams, products, and services to deliver contracted work in a more consistent manner across functional teams.

  • Work together to win together: The Senior Client Engagement Executive will report to the Senior Director, Client Engagement and receive guidance and development from senior staff. You will work both clients and delivery teams, connecting the dots, and managing both internal and external expectations. You will drive collaboration and alignment between Sales, Client Services, and Delivery organizations throughout the client lifecycle.

  • Innovate with purpose: We lead orchestration and integration of Epsilon teams, products, and services to deliver contracted work in a more consistent manner across functional teams.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Impact : You’ll have a seat at the table; you’ll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders orchestrating delivery of products and services to align to key Client initiatives.

  • Career Growth : If successful, the Senior Client Engagement Executive will see an increase in higher-level responsibilities. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Client Engagement Manager role helping to oversee delivery on a larger scale across the client account.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:

  • Experience in oversight of day-to-day engagement of program execution

  • Coordinating activity across company and client partner/teams

  • Ensuring accurate documentation is in place to support campaign management (e.g. BRD writing/reviews, status reporting, operational reporting)

  • Understanding in client’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and timelines

  • Assisting in generation of presentations, conference reports, program reporting, and status reports

  • Experience working in a large, multicultural, and “matrixed” organization that is geographically dispersed.

  • Experience facilitating communication between the client, project team and other stakeholders. Contributing to knowledge sharing and lessons learned within the organization.

  • Strong skills at relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation.

  • Why you might stand out from other talent :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience/understanding of industry offerings similar to Epsilon product and services including but not limited to CDP platforms, email services, digital marketing, clean rooms, creative, etc.

  • Strong skills at relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation.
