Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Floor Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Floor Assembly Operator, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of high-quality sensor modules. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator

Location: East Walpole, MA

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour (increased to $21.00 upon full training)

7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Accurate assembly of sensor modules, including wafer singulation and visual defect inspection.

• Utilization of both manual and automated processes for the assembly of finished sensor modules.

• Maintaining accurate records both manually and electronically.

• Effective inventory management to support production needs.

• Contributing to the planning of the manufacturing schedule and guiding personnel in the work cell.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Basic computer skills to manage records and inventory.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless granted a medical or religious exemption.
