Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist opening

Location: Remote – based out of eastern time zone

Duration: 6 + months, contract

Hours: Monday – Friday 8a – 5p Eastern

Salary: $25-28/hr. depending on experience

Required experience: to have Ariba, D365 (or MS Dynamics) and Coupa Experience

Requirements:

  • Recent experience / proficiency with Ariba, Coupa and D365 (MS Dynamics 365)

  • Comfortable with a contract role with the working hours of Monday – Friday 8a – 5p Eastern

  • Prior experience successfully working remotely

  • 3-5+ years similar accounts receivable experience from the manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for AR Aging report and must take initiative to learn and be part of team

  • Collections – business to business

  • Cash applications - Posting Transactions

  • Sending invoices (this is not an every day task)

  • Managing an AR bos (must be good at follow up and follow through

  • Required experience: to have Ariba, D365 (or MS Dynamics) and Coupa Experience

  1. Monitors/manages AR mailbox

  2. Responds to customer disputes

  3. Enrolls/registers on customer invoice modules

  4. Sends customer welcome packs

  5. Archives completed emails

  6. Escalates as needed
