NOREL SERVICE CO INC Adminstrative Assistant in WALTHAM, Massachusetts

Seeking an administrative assistant for a part time position at a fire alarm service company in Waltham, MA. Position's primary duties will be confirming time sensitive customer inspection appointments via both email and phone as well as updating any pertinent customer contact information in our software. Miscellaneous filing and other administrative duties may also be included. Position is temporary for 90 days from hire to cover a leave of absence but does have the potential to turn full time/permanent in 2021 based on business needs and volume of work. Position will average 20-25 hours per week. Required Amount of Experience: 1-2 years office experience or equivalent Required Skills: ? Ability to operate a computer using basic software programs such as Outlook Email, Microsoft Word/Excel, Calendar, etc. Ability to compose and correspond to emails professionally without supervision Ability to multi-task and follow through Ability to type at an average to above average speed Industry/office experience is desired but not required Desired Keyboard Speed: 50 words per minute
